Cooking is a basic source of high-quality food (only some foods may be bought from Monesy merchants). Eating a nourishing meal accelerates regeneration of health and resources necessary to use skills.

Ingredients for food may be obtained mainly from killed animals (meats), from Herbalism (herbs) or from the Monesy (spices). Cooking always requires some fuel (twigs, wood or charcoal) available from shops. In the case of recipes allowing to create several portions simultaneously, kitchen utensils are necessary and those may be obtained from Friends.
